Southern Dunes Villa - Haines City

Only 20 minutes from Disney on the US 27 (south of Orlando) this four bedroom three bathroom villa with private pool is situated on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club a 4 and half star award winning golf course.

This peaceful gated community with 24 hour security is located within walking distance to a 24 hour Walmart Superstore and also close to the entrance there are banks, chemists, petrol station and liquor store. There are several fast food outlets including McDonalds KFC Burger King Pizza Hut and Taco Bell close by. Across the main road there is an All Star Grill with bar and Mannys Steakhouse. A five minute drive takes you to the junction of the US27 and I4 where there are more restaurants

In addition to the villa facilities Southern Dunes has its own tennis courts communal pools,fitness centre, fishing lake and a small play area for children. The luxury Clubhouse with bar and restaurant is open for lunch and breakfast every day and also now open 18.00 - 21.00 Wednesday to Friday for evenings meals. There is also a full pro golf shop.

THE VILLA

The lounge is comfortably furnished with two large sofas a large screen cable TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted including a full oven and hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer,microwave oven and toaster

The dining area seats 6 and the nook which overlooks the pool seats a further 4. Plastic table ware is provided for outdoor use.

All towels and linens are provided except pool/beach towels.

In the garage there is a washing machine tumble dryer ironing board iron and clothes airer

The villa sleeps 8 (plus travel cot for infant)

The master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet and TV has patio doors leading to the pool area.The ensuite bathroom(walk-in shower) also has a door leading onto the pool area.

The double room also has ensuite bathroom with bath and shower a TV, clock radio and large closet

The 2 twin rooms share the third bathroom (with bath and shower)

There are 2 hairdryers for your use.

The pool can be heated at extra charge of £75 per week in the cooler months (Nov-March). A removable fence is provided for the safety of young children. The patio area is furnished with table 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers.

A gas barbecue is barbecue is available free of charge

The villa also has a table football and electronic darts in the double garage

An ideal place to come home to and relax after an action packed day at the Parks !!!
