Goldenstones - Clermont Florida

Elegantly situated amongst the rolling hills of Clermont, in the prestigious community of Orange Tree, is this beautifully appointed 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully air-conditioned Luxury family home.

This home provides state-of-the-art living, comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room.

Accommodating 12 people comfortably, the master bedroom features a queen size bed and private bathroom; the 2nd bedroom has a queen; the 3rd and 4th bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each.

The living room is equipped with cable TV & DVD/CD player, so everyone in the family can enjoy some down time!

The fabulous screened-in pool and patio deck with poolside spa, are larger than the average for maximum enjoyment and family entertainment.

Disney and other area attractions are just a short drive away, while great shopping and dining are just minutes away.

Enjoy all of the fabulous attractions that Orlando has to offer including the world-famous bass fishing in the Kissimmee lakes and the more than 25 area golf courses that are within easy reach.

You'll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with all the pleasures of being away.

Make the most of the Florida sunshine during the day, and relax in the balmy Florida air each evening.

The Orange Tree community is tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle, but still a short drive from whatever you need.

Children welcome, the villa is wheelchair accessible, for the comfort and pleasure of all our guests the villa is NON-SMOKING.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The fully equipped open plan kitchen offers every modern convenience with full gas oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener and telephone.

All crockery and cutlery provided sufficient to cater for 12 people

Pool area

Fully screened, south facing private 13 foot by 26 foot heated pool and spa.

There is a covered 16 foot by 12 foot lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade.

Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence. Sun loungers, patio set and barbeque for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun and dining al fresco are provided.

The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any unwanted insects.

Things to do:

Busch Gardens - don't miss this one, it's the most visited theme park in Florida. This 300 acre site, boasting state of the art theme park is one of the most important zoological collections in the U.S.A. It's a great day, arrive early get a map and plan your day well, there is so much to see and you won't want to miss any of it and don't forget to visit the beer garden to sample its' wares.

Discovery Cove is a re-creation of a tropical island hideaway, set in 35 acres of beautiful landscape gardens. It is a sister park to Sea World. Spend the day away from the crowds and theme parks, relax on the beaches or swim in the teeming waters, better still swim with the dolphins, admission is ltd to only 1000 per day, booking early is a must to avoid disappointment

Gatorland is a 110-acre alligator theme park and wildlife preserve, located just minutes away from Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the Orlando International Airport on US 441 near the Orlando - Kissimmee border. Providing affordable family entertainment since 1949, Gatorland has been a vacation destination for millions of visitors from all over the world with its incredible display of huge alligators and crocodiles, train ride, aviary, breeding marsh and bird sanctuary, nature walk, gift shop, and one-of-a-kind shows such as the world famous Gator Jumparoo.

Kennedy Space Centre - check out when the next space launch will be, if you are lucky enough to be on holiday during this time it's something not to be missed. Get there early to get the best view.

Sea World is the world’s largest and most popular marine life park. With approx 135 acres of beautiful grounds and pools it is a major theme park in every sense. See the rare manatee, ride the kraken- the tallest, fastest and floorless roller coaster in Orlando. Take your seat for the Shamu show, it's not to be missed, but beware if you sit in the splash zone you WILL get wet.

Universal Studios opened in 1990, with lots to see and do you need several days to fit it all in. There's the thrill of the rides such as Earthquake, Dueling Dragons, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Terminator 2 and 3D to name a few.

Walt Disney World is quite unlike anything else, with so much to do and see plan your day well. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM studios and the Animal Kingdom, not forgetting the Great Water Parks - Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. When wandering around the parks look out for the Disney characters and parades, collect a map and check the time table for the shows and parades, these are not to be missed.

Wet and Wild is great fun for all. It opened in 1977, and may not be very pretty to look at, but don't be deceived - it has terrifying fast descents down near vertical slides! If your prefer water-ski on your knees or slide down the water shoots. It has eight big thrill rides along with something for the younger ones.

Florida is a paradise for golfers and there is a huge range of golf courses within an easy drive of Heron Hill Villa to suit all abilities and pockets.

Celebration

Designed by the renowned father and son team of Robert Trent Jones Sr and Jr, Celebration is a must-play course for golfers of all levels. It is situated within a natural wetland environment and offers a truly serene golf experience. The championship calibre course has rolling terrain that weaves through a series of pristine lakes and clusters of native oak, pine and magnolia trees. It has been designed with a shot-making strategy in mind and demands accurate approach shots and consistent putting, featuring strategic hazards and challenging greens. The club house has a full service restaurant, a golf shop and locker rooms.

Champions Gate International

Champions Gate Golf Resort offers 36 holes designed by the famous Greg Norman and is the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. The courses are kept in tournament-playing condition all year round and offer blended traditional and modern elements. There are two courses : the International with its authentic links style golf, reminiscent of the great courses of the British Isles, and the National which has been designed in a traditional American style.

There is also an expansive practice area with a putting green and short game area. The service offered is excellent and includes valet parking, digital GPS Caddy System and an iced towel service. The clubhouse offers dining and lounge areas, guest lockers and a fully stocked golf shop

Disney Magnolia

This is the longest of Disney's six courses and has the most bunkers. The championship course is built on 175 acres of Florida parkland and has 1,500 magnolia trees, magnificent wildlife and natural beauty. The wide fairways, spacious greens, generous landing areas, and the famous Mickey Mouse bunker, are surrounded by rolling terrain and six bridges carry players across the many creeks that criss-cross the course. Amenities at Magnolia include a pro shop, practice facilities, beverage cart, a restaurant and bar, lockers, showers, lessons and rentals.
