The situation is a great bonus as this avoids long journeys and waiting in traffic jams either to or from Disney. A lot of our renters due to the proximity of the villa to Disney, come back during the day for a couple of hours to relax and maybe have a swim, then go back to Disney to complete there day. The villa is also situated within walking distance to a local shopping mall which has a large supermarket and an excellent choice in restaurants. Such as TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel and a few others to suit most tastes.
There is also plenty of choice of golf courses within a 10 mile radius including Disney courses.
