A dream home in a brilliant location. Completed in December 1994, this three bedroom, two bathroom, fully air-conditioned home is quite outstanding.

The screened pool and patio area, complete with 28 ft x 13 ft kidney shaped pool, faces virtually due south down the 14th fairway of the Links Golf Course at Hudson, and enjoys sunshine from morning till night!

Because of its slightly elevated position you can watch the golfers but they cannot watch you! The pool can be electrically heated in the cooler months for a small extra charge of £50 per week. Please request this at the time of booking.

The house has been furnished by one of the leading furnishing/interior decorator companies in the area and everything is colour co-ordinated throughout. The three double bedrooms very comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

The owners plan to spend as much time as possible there and have therefore equipped it fully. Items include:- a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven with cooker hood, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, frost free refrigerator with ice line, iron, toaster, filter coffee machine, food hand mixer, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, smoke detectors, ceiling fans in every room, and the luxury of a built in music system, cable T.V., and a telephone. Guests can make local calls free of charge and incoming calls can be received from anywhere in the world.

A range of patio furniture make it ideal for relaxing by the pool.

Ample bed linen and towels have been provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Hudson beach, a small relatively uncommercialised beach, is only ten minutes away. Enjoy an ice cold drink on the deck of Sam’s Bar and watch the sun go down on the Gulf - and in season enjoy Reggae twice a week. Close at hand are the sun drenched white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and world class fishing and boating.

Shopping Plaza’s , Fine Dining, and picturesque public parks are only a few minutes away, but the house itself is in a quiet residential community - just great to relax in.

For the more energetic days Disney is only 90 minutes away, Busch Gardens about 45 minutes, and Weeki Wachee Springs about 25 minutes. Clearwater is less than 45 minutes and Tarpon Springs, with sailing and diving, is even closer.

Golf, apart from the Links, is all around, so this is really an ideal location for your Florida holiday.

All maintenance, electricity, and water charges is included in the rental charge, and there is a maid service between lets.

TOTAL RENTAL CHARGE:- £425000 FOR EACH WEEK.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED:- £100.00 PER WEEK WITH THE FINAL BALANCE PAID 8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:- £100.00 TO BE PAID WITH THE FULL BALANCE. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL 2 WEEKS AFTER VACATION IF NO DAMAGE IS INCURRED.
