Villa Nefis - Kalkan

Villa Nefis is a charming stone-built villa overlooking Kalkan village and marina. It has attractive travertine marble flooring throughout and has been tastefully finished with hand-crafted wrought iron and wooden furniture. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and is fully air-conditioned. Villa Nefis is very conveniently situated, being a 10 minute walk (downhill) to Kalkan village (a few minutes more to the marina).

In brief, the villa comprises:

Ground Floor:

*Open plan living area with french doors to pool terrace, CD player, satellite TV & DVD.

*Open plan kitchen-diner with french doors to pool terrace (includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob, fridge-freezer). The dining table seats 6 guests.

*WC

*Marble staircase to first floor landing

First Floor:

*Double bedroom with king-sized bed and mosquito net and en-suite shower room/WC (this bedroom has a hairdryer).

*Twin bedroom with mosquito nets and en-suite shower room/WC

*Central landing with door to large veranda-style balcony with table and chairs

Outside Villa Nefis:

*Large pool (9.0m x 4.1m - 1.7m deep)

*Terrace area with sunbeds & parasols

*Outdoor dining area

*Stone built BBQ

Please note that the 5th & 6th guests will be accommodated on additional single beds in the living area.
