Stunning luxurious Apartment situated within the exclusive VINEYARDS Development at LA MAIRENA - ELVIRIA a short drive inland from Marbella.

The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, there is a large master bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds with pull-out beds underneath, this also has plenty of wardrobe space. This allows six people to sleep. Both bedrooms have luxurious marble ensuite facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is air conditioning throughout – hot and cold.

The apartment is very spacious inside – approx 134 sq m with terraces of about 58 sq m, all floors are marble. All furnishings are high quality with leather sofas. There is satellite TV with DVD player, radio/CD player. The dining area has seating for six people. The kitchen is full furnished with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board and iron. There is NO SMOKING please within the apartment but can smoke on the terrace.

There are only 4 small blocks of apartments on this phase 2 of the Vineyards, each block having 7 apartments. Views from the terrace are spectacular. The La Mairena area is outstanding and very tranquil but only 10 minutes drive from all the action if you want it. There are 2 swimming pools on the complex (including an infinity pool), sunbeds and parasols are available.

A short walk from the apartment (uphill) there is a bar/restaurant, a French restaurant and a famous tennis club (which also has bar/restaurant).

A 10 minute drive from the apartment you will find the best beaches in Marbella. There are various water sports along the coastline including para gliding. You will also find plenty of bars/restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Supermarkets and shops are also nearby. 15 minutes drive will find you in the centre of Marbella with fantastic shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes further on you will find Peurto Beunus with its famous Marina. Other places of interest to visit (all possible in a day trip) are Mijas, Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada, The Sierra Nevada Mountains, Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Malaga.
