The apartment is very spacious inside – approx 134 sq m with terraces of about 58 sq m, all floors are marble. All furnishings are high quality with leather sofas. There is satellite TV with DVD player, radio/CD player. The dining area has seating for six people. The kitchen is full furnished with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board and iron. There is NO SMOKING please within the apartment but can smoke on the terrace.
There are only 4 small blocks of apartments on this phase 2 of the Vineyards, each block having 7 apartments. Views from the terrace are spectacular. The La Mairena area is outstanding and very tranquil but only 10 minutes drive from all the action if you want it
