Rocamar - Nerja

Our recently renovated one bedroom apartment is ideally situated in a prime position in the highly sought after eastern side of Nerja, close to the Parador. This area is the older, more traditional part of Nerja, and is widely regarded as the town's most favourable location.

The famous Balcon de Europa, with its stunning views across the Mediterranean, is a leisurely 5 to 10 minute stroll away. Closer, in fact just metres from the apartment, is the beautiful Carabeillo beach, accessed down a walkway set into the side of the cliff. Burriana beach is a further 5 minute walk. Here you can enjoy fresh sardines and sangria at one of the many beachside restaurants - and Ayo’s legendary giant paella is not to be missed. When it comes to restaurants Nerja has more than its fair share of excellent dining opportunities, many of which are practically on the doorstep of the apartment.

The apartment has one double bedroom and a new bathroom with full suite. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size oven and hob and washing machine. Decorated in relaxing, neutral tones, the comfortable sitting room has satellite TV, video and CD player, along with a dining area seating four.

The large corner balcony is accessed by patio doors from both the sitting room and bedroom. From one side there is a side sea view, and from the other side a view of the Sierra Almijara mountain range, Nerja's stunning backdrop. The communal pool (Easter - October) and garden is a lovely place to relax, offering breathtaking sea views.
