Las Colinas is situated within the attractive, low-density development of Reserva del Higueron nestled between Benalmadena Pueblo and Fuengirola overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and is just 20 minutes from Malaga airport. Beside the entry gatehouse there are several shops, a supermarket, a restaurant and filling station which provide most necessary provisions. Exit 217 makes the apartment easy to find and the distinctive gatehouse to Reserva is a good landmark.

The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern theme and has one double bedroom (queen size bed) with ensuite bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds and the shower and toilet is conveniently situated just beside it.

The kitchen is quite compact however it has all the usual appliances to make your holiday enjoyable and stress free - for the little cooking you may wish to do!

The lounge has sliding glass doors onto the large balcony/terrace with relaxing views over the sea and up towards Mijas - an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing glass of local wine. This area is fitted with 'glass curtains' which effectively makes it into an extra room and keeps out the cooler winds in the winter months. There is a small safe deposit box in the main bedroom which easily takes passports, cameras and wallets etc.
