This is a wonderful two bed/two bath air-conditioned apartment. It is on the first floor with lift access to the underground car park. The development is situated to the east of Estepona within walking distance of the beach.

The Living Room is comfortably furnished with couches, dining table and chairs for 6 with matching sideboard, coffee table and sliding doors onto the south-west facing Main Terrace. There is a 28" wide screen television with full Sky package, DVD player with a selection of films and a portable music centre with numerous cds.

The square shaped Main Terrace is very spacious, and furnished with a glass topped dining table and 6 chairs and 2 matching sun loungers and has sea and mountain views.
