La Concha - Torrevieja

This newly built duplex is on a small complex within an established residential area approximately 40 minutes south of Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Murcia Airport. The nearby bars/restaurants, supermarket, public pool are only a stroll away and a 15 minutes walk will take you to La Florida or Play Flamenca Beach Centre, where there is a wider choice of amenities.

Accommodation

Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, all utensils, automatic washing machine in the utility area. One double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, ample cupboard space, sofa bed in the Lounge, digital TV and DVD player. Fully tiled bathroom with bath shower and hair dryer, towels are supplied but not for pool use, shared community pool which is for La Concha use only.

Entertainments

GOLF: If you are a golf enthusiast, there are 4 well known golf courses within 10/15min drive - Villamartin, Campamor, Las Ramblas & La Finca. The more exclusive La Manga is approx. 25 mins along the main A37 expressway.

MUD BATHS: Lo Pagan offers the largest therapeutic open air mud bath.

ELCHE SAFARI PARK is approx 30 mins drive from La Concha.

GO-KARTS: Located on the N332. Go-karts are available from 5yrs to adult.

MARKETS: The area also boasts one of the largest street markets in Spain which is held every Saturday selling almost everything.

AQUAPOLIS WATERPARK: A large park with a variety of slides and a fun day for all.

TORREVIEJA: A 10/15mins drive. A popular resort with a fun fair, a promenade, which is bustling from early evening with street artists and stalls, a harbour walk and abundant bars, shops and restaurants.
