CASA CHICA is a delightful villa on one level accommodating up to 6 persons, with mature secluded gardens, adjacent to Guadalmina Golf Course. The garden, with full sized swimming pool, is completely enclosed and being at the end of a cul-de-sac of four villas, very private. Suitable for the elderly. CASA CHICA is located on a well established urbanisation half a mile west of the town of SAN PEDRO and 7 minutes walk from the sea. There you will find a beautiful newly built promenade with restaurants and beach bars.

The villa comprises:

- 1 double and 1 twin bedded room each with en suite bathroom (double wash hand basins, bath, shower, toilet). 1 twin bedded room with en suite shower room (wash hand basin, shower, toilet).

- Fully fitted kitchen with 90cm electric oven, ceramic hob and hotplate, 4-ring gas hob and electric indoor barbecue. Microwave, large fridge/ freezer & separate drinks fridge. Bosch dishwasher, clothes washing machine and tumble dryer.

- Lounge with dining area. Widescreen digital satellite TV, DVD player, CD/ Cassette/ Radio. Once a week the maid will change the linen and do light housework during your stay at the villa.

- The size of the pool is 8m x 4.5m, graduating from 1.2m to 2.7m in depth. There are 3 one meter wide steps entering the pool at the shallow end, forming an ‘L’ shape, ideal for young children.Around the pool are sun loungers and a marble table covered by a large parasol for comfortable outdoor dining. Well-equipped outdoor barbecue area. The swimming pool is maintained throughout the year.The gardener visits regularly to keep the garden tidy.
