Casa Della Valle (The House In The Valley) is a fully self contained apartment within a 100 year old farmhouse set in its own private grounds of olive groves, palm trees in the Italian countryside! The Casa is bright, spacious and fully furnished throughout. The property has three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining area and private parking! We can also supply travel a cot on request! The large private gardens have facilities for everyone!

The Casa is nestling within the Aso valley in the heart of Le Marche and the area and its culture will deliver the true feeling of Italy. Whilst we are surrounding by medieval towns and villages we are still only ten minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the popular beaches of Porto San Giorgio, Pedaso and San Benedetto and their many restaurants, beachside bars and nightclubs. Inland we are 30 minutes from the magnificent Sibillini National Park and the tranquil yet panoramic Sibillini mountains.

The Casa offers all year round accommodation with air conditioning in the summer months and central heating, double glazing and a log fire for the winter months. There are many opportunities for hill walking, mountain biking and sightseeing as well as the huge range of vineyards, olive presses and the chance to visit the vineyards and try their excellent produce.

The airports of Ancona, Pescara and Rimini are all serviced by Ryanair and Easyjet and all the airports are on the main A14 motorway with an exit in the nearby town of Pedaso.
