Le Moulin de L'Etang (The Mill on the Lake) is a 17th century mill house situated in the Loire Valley. It is a fully secluded private setting with its own 3.5 acre lake, situated in a little town called 'Noellet'.The Mill has rowing boats to row around the lake. Fishing is also ideal, and it has the perfect surroundings in which to catch fish. There are several types of fish in the lake - perch, common carp, roach and several species of tench.The patio area of The Mill accommodates a big barbecue with tables and chairs for all the family, and its own private garden area with many different types of plants and trees.The Accommodation.Inside The Mill, the accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms and one baby cot. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, and all bedrooms have views of the lake and garden area behind and in front of the lake. All rooms have been decorated in a Mediterranean style, with full comforts. All bedrooms have enough wardrobe and drawer space to accommodate any family's needs.The Mill can accommodate 6 to 8 adults plus a baby; there are also two large sofa beds in the lounge area for extra guests.The lounge area has a log burning fire for those cold winter nights. It also has a large TV, DVD and video player and there are plenty of films and music to watch and listen to if need be.There are plenty of books in the library section of the lounge, from books on France to cooking and fishing - there is something for everyone. There are also several maps of the surrounding towns in the area, just in case.A large selection of board games for children and adults is also freely available.The lounge area leads to the dining table which can accommodate 8 to 10 adults. The dining area also overlooks the lake and woodland, which at night is very picturesque.The kitchen area is very modern and has all the necessary appliances that any chef would need. The stove is electric and child safe. The kitchen is fully integrated and has plenty of storage. There is a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and a clothing washing service is also available (this can be arranged with our caretakers based close to the house).The bathroom comprises of a separate toilet, a large bath and separate shower cubicle. It overlooks the garden area at the back of the house. All towels are provided and there are plenty to go around for all the family. There is also a shaver power point but you will need an adapter to use it if you have an English plug.Upon arrival at Le Moulin de l'Etang a welcome pack will await you.
