Description

This “executive” luxurious and elegant villa is situated in a lane next to Coral Bay sandy beach, 1 minutes walk from the tavernas, bars and shops in Coral Bay itself. As you enter the villa, the cool marble floors entice you towards the spacious lounge with its superb cream leather suite and wide screen plasma TV. The shimmering pool beyond encourages you to continue through to enjoy your sea views. You then notice the superb white oak kitchen with its top of the range appliances and breakfast bar. The white oak has been used throughout the villa to complete the contemporary feel. This villa is ideal for guests seeking spacious accommodation with superb facilities. Paphos Town and bars and restaurants at Tombs of the Kings are a short drive, and Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes. If you wish to have a break from driving there is a regular bus to Paphos and Polis.

Dining table + 8 chairs. Breakfast bar + 2 bar chairs separating kitchen from dining area.

Upstairs: Master bedroom with 6ft bed, with walk-through closet. En suite with large hydro massage bath (spot lights etc), WC, sink, Bidet.

Large veranda with sea views, accessible from both bedrooms and staircase landing.

Outside: Tiled pool with Roman steps. Shower. Covered seating area and grass. Built in tiled BBQ area, with worktops, lights, socket, sink and drinking water supply. Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night. Parking.

Internet Access and Telephone/fax are available. A security deposit will be required (CY£50/week) plus a non-refundable set-up/management charge of CY£30. For bookings of 2 weeks or more there will be no set-up charge. Phone calls will be charged at cost. Pay there.

The alarm system can be included (pre booked) free of charge on request. There will be a call-out charge of CY£30, which clients can avoid if they call the owner immediately if the alarm goes off by accident.

Refundable Damages Deposit £200

Rental includes: Air conditioning, hot & cold. (All year.)

Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Pool towels are included. Please take your own beach towels.

In addition to A/C heating, the villa has under floor central heating and heated towel rails. CY£15 per day, payable locally.

Changeover day: Flexible but Sunday/Wednesday preferred, to fit in with bookings already taken.
