The Villa:

Villa Kairos is a luxury waterfront villa on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia set in a sunny west-facing position and away from any traffic noise providing for a peaceful and picturesque setting. The newly refurbished and modern villa is split into three apartments with two available to rent either together or separately accommodating from two to eight people. The grounds encompass 500sq/m of lush gardens and paved areas which give direct access to the beach as well as a private jetty. The villa is only 10km from Split airport, 3.5km from Trogir(UNESCO town), and located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo which is connected to the mainland via a drawbridge. There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area and you can park your vehicles securely on-site. Luxury sun-lounges flank the 50sq/m balcony at Villa Kairos affording stunning panoramic views which along with beachfront patio dining and the option of cooking on a traditional stone BBQ will allow for some tranquil outdoor living. From inside, enjoy free wireless internet connection and local phone calls in air-conditioned comfort or chose a DVD from the library and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen satellite T.V. while lazing on the leather sofa. Stereo systems are throughout the villa as well as pin-activated safes in the bedrooms. The kitchens are fully integrated with tea and coffee making facilities and the bathrooms furnished with luxury fittings.

Prices are inclusive of all costs related to your booking including tourist tax, service charge, cleaning, unlimited internet usage and local phone calls. A 5% discount is offered on bookings greater than one week (excluding July and August). To make a booking a 40% non-refundable deposit must be made with the balance paid six weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can also be made in USD or Euro at the prevailing exchange rate.
