We are not interesting in charging you an annual fee even if it doesn't work and we are not interested in collecting a 10% commission on bookings. We would rather that you keep the whole proceeds of every booking.

How do we do that?

When you sign up for No 1 Villas you are subscribed to the service for a minimum of 12 months. We also allocate you a number of "Client Clicks". These simply mean that a potential client has looked at your property on www.no1villas.co.uk. Your client clicks are trackable through your control panel on No 1 Villas.

If you surpass the number of "Client Clicks" before your 12-month subscription ends we will keep the advert live until your 12 months have expired and we will not charge you a penny more.

If your advert does not attract 500 Client Clicks then your advert will stay on No1 Villas until you reach this figure - other websites do not check if the advert works - they simply ask you to renew the service after 12 months irrespective whether it worked or not.

We don't think that is fair or reasonable.

How many "Client Clicks" do I get?

You get 500 client clicks. We envisage this number will be surpassed within the 12 month period, however if it is not, then your advert will stay there until this number has been achieved. Whichever way, you win - you don't pay any more money - your advert stays live on No 1Villas.co.uk.

What is the cost?

It costs only £49+VAT to subscribe for a minimum of 12 months.
